This four bedroom bungalow is situated in Kingsthorpe, a very pleasant, established residential area of Northampton and it has been refurbished to a very high standard. There are four double bedrooms, a stylish shared bathroom, a large lounge, dinning room, kitchen/breakfast room, utility and cloakroom. There are also private gardens to the front, side and rear. Northampton is a large town that offers an excellent balance of amenities and open spaces. Tiverton Avenue offers easy access to local shopping facilities and public transport.
Being a supported living scheme the Service User has an individual assured tenancy. Social Care Solutions provides an appropriate level of support as detailed in the individual's regularly reviewed person–centred support plan. We provide waking night support staff for two bungalows.
We encourage and empower individuals to develop their social and life skills in order to live as independently as possible. We also provide encouragement and support for the achievement of the Service User's aspirations and goals, in education, employment and in their personal lives.
