The Green
This is a four bedroom detached property, situated in a prime location facing the village green. There is a lounge and a kitchen/diner. There are four good sized rooms, one of which contains an en suite bathroom. There is also an additional communal bathroom. There is off road parking, a garage and a large secure garden.
Being a supported living scheme the Service User has an individual assured tenancy. Social Care Solutions provides an appropriate level of support as detailed in the individual's regularly reviewed person–centred support plan.
We encourage and empower individuals to develop their social and life skills in order to live as independently as possible. We also provide encouragement and support for the achievement of the Service User's aspirations and goals; in education, employment and in their personal lives.
