The property offers a private and secure garden and is a quiet home within the community with excellent access to shops and amenities, supporting inclusion and enabling the individual to engage in an active social life whilst living independently.
Being a supported living scheme the Service User has an individual assured tenancy. Social Care Solutions provides an appropriate level of support as detailed in the individual's regularly reviewed person–centred support plan.
We encourage and empower individuals to develop their social and life skills in order to live as independently as possible. We also provide encouragement and support for the achievement of the Service User’s aspirations and goals, in education, employment and in their personal lives.
