This is a four bedroom detached property, comprising a living room, kitchen, dining room, conservatory and one additional reception room. One of the bedrooms has en suite facilities and there is also a communal bathroom. There is off road parking and a large secure garden.
Being a supported living scheme the Service User has an individual assured tenancy. Social Care Solutions provides an appropriate level of support as detailed in the individual's regularly reviewed person–centred support plan.
We encourage and empower individuals to develop their social and life skills in order to live as independently as possible. We also provide encouragement and support for the achievement of the Service User's aspirations and goals; in education, employment and in their personal lives.
