The one bedroom first floor apartment has been renovated in the last year to a very high standard and benefits from shared landscaped gardens and two patio areas.
Being a supported living scheme the Service User has an individual assured tenancy. Social Care Solutions provides an appropriate level of support as detailed in the individual's regularly reviewed person–centred support plan.
We encourage and empower individuals to develop their social and life skills in order to live as independently as possible. We also provide encouragement and support for the achievement of the Service User's aspirations and goals; in education, employment and in their personal lives.
