This is a 4 bedroom property located in the vibrant community of Alvaston on the outskirts of Derby. It is close to local shops and amenities, including Alvaston Park, and is a short bus-ride from Derby city centre and its full complement of shopping and leisure facilities.
The property has been renovated in the last year to a very high standard. All of the bedrooms are situated on the first floor, two of which have en suite facilities. There is a communal bathroom. an open kitchen, spacious hallways and enclosed landscaped gardens. There is also a cosy lounge with digital TV, a modern dining room with new furniture and a relaxation room for listening to the radio or reading.
Being a supported living scheme the Service User has an individual assured tenancy. Social Care Solutions provides an appropriate level of support as detailed in the individual's regularly reviewed person–centred support plan.
